Due to an upcoming retirement we are recruiting an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to lead the CADS engineering software development business and oversee our Engineering Services Division which provides 2D & 3D reinforcement detailing, BIM modelling and structural design services to an enviable list of UK clients.
In addition to a strong technical background the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, driven & charismatic individual with a vision of how Buildings and Structures should be designed and constructed in the future.
You may also have a strong academic background / specialism in the design of building structures, including e.g. advanced computational methods and AI and may even already work for a rival software developer!
Required Skills and Experience
Experience of technical leadership, training, mentoring, motivating and managing teams along with developing and managing strong client relationships and business opportunities would be to your advantage.
